kPoint on iPad

  • How do I increase or decrease the volume of iPad sounds?
  • Follow these simple steps to make your iPad louder or quieter:
    • If you look at the outside casing of your iPad, you will notice that it contains a few physical buttons for volume control, along one of the edges of the iPad.
    • Here is a picture of your iPad, with the volume controls highlighted:
    • The sound volume button on the side of your iPad is actually a single physical button with dual action built-in; if you look at the profile of the volume button , it actually contains two edges protruding from the metal casing:
    • The side of the volume button closest to the edge allows you to raise the volume.
To make the iPad sounds as loud as they can be, simply press that side of the button, and hold it down. Your iPad will increase the sound level progressively, until it reaches it maximum volume. You will know that the volume is has reached its maximum, once you see that speaker icon is completely filled in, as shown on the screenshot below:
    • On the other hand pressing the second button ( shown as '-' in the diagram above ) reduces the volume.
This is all it takes to manually change the volume on your iPad. In addition, kPoint has built-in volume control functionality. You can use that too, to change the volume.
  • I am not able to view all kapsules on iPad?
  • If you get a message 'This functionality is not available on iPad' then it means that iPad option is not enabled for your domain. In addition, any kapsule that is generated after iPad option is set, can be viewed on iPad. Kapsules generated before the setting up of iPad option can not be viewed.
