kPoint Privacy Policy

Thank you for visiting kPoint ("kPoint") Internet web site ("Site") located at the URL www.kpoint.com. This Privacy Policy details certain policies implemented throughout kPoint governing kPoint's use of personally identifiable information provided to kPoint via this Site, through customers' voluntary reporting of information around product and/or system errors ("Error Reports") or through customers' voluntary reporting of the installation of the kPoint software.

Privacy Policy Updates

Due to the Internet's rapidly evolving nature, kPoint may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If so, kPoint will post its updated Privacy Policy on our Site located at www.kPoint.com so you are always aware of what personally identifiable information we may collect and how we may use this information. kPoint encourages you to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Your continued use of this Site and/or continued transmission of Error Reports to kPoint will be subject to the then-current Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

You can generally visit our Site without revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself. However, in certain sections of this Site, to use certain services, we may require you to register for an account, or we may invite you to submit questions or comments or request information, participate in surveys, questionnaires or contests, download trials or demonstrations, subscribe to newsletters or email alerts or participate in community forums. Due to the nature of some of these activities, we may ask that you complete and submit an online form with personally identifiable information such as your name, username, email address, job title, address and phone number. We may use your personally identifiable information to deliver certain services, products or information you have requested, verify your authority to enter certain password protected areas of the Site, send you notices for products and/or services that you have used or that may be of interest to you (if you have opted in to receive such notices) and improve the content and general administration of the Site. If you are a registered user and post to any of the Sites community forums, other registered users of this Site may view your username and may send you emails, but they will not be able to see your actual email address unless you have elected to allow other registered users to see your email address. kPoint collects usage statistics of kPoint website as well as the kPoint application through embedded Google Analytics code to better understand the customer behavior. If you prefer to opt out of this feature in the application please contact us and we will guide you on the opt-out process.

We may use small text files called cookies to improve overall Site experience. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Cookies generally do not permit us to personally identify you. Cookies must be enabled for you to use certain areas of the Site.

User hereby agrees not to access and/or use the Services (i) to send unsolicited commercial email in violation of applicable law; (ii)request, collect and/or store sensitive data (such as credit card numbers or social security numbers) from online meeting or webinar attendees; (iii) to communicate any message or material that is deemed harassing, threatening, indecent, obscene, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise unlawful; (iv) in a manner which violates the intellectual property rights of any party; or (v)in a manner which constitutes or encourages conduct that could be a criminal or civil offense under any applicable law or regulation. User publishing content using kPoint is solely responsible for the content it publishes and the content used for publishing and kPoint accepts no responsibility for it. User is also responsible for publishing disclosures for all its content. Although kPoint is not responsible for any such content or communications, kPoint reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion, with respect to any such content or communications of which kPoint may become aware, at any time and without notice to User.

The Site may provide links to other Web sites or resources over which kPoint does not have control ("External Web Sites"). Such links do not constitute an endorsement by kPoint of those External Web Sites. You acknowledge that kPoint is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and further agree that kPoint is not responsible for the content of such External Web Sites. Your use of External Web Sites is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies located on the linked to External Web Sites.

Data Integrity

We process your personally identifiable information in ways compatible with the purpose for which it was collected or subsequently authorized by you, the individual. To the extent necessary for such purposes, we take reasonable steps to make sure that your personally identifiable information is accurate, complete, current and otherwise reliable with regard to its intended use.

User may be held liable for losses incurred by kPoint or another party due to a third party using User's account or password.


kPoint provides you with the ability to review, correct and delete any of the personally identifiable information that you have provided to us. Payment, Refunds

1. A valid credit card is required for paying accounts. Free accounts are not required to provide a credit card number.
2. If you initially sign up trial account, and you will be billed monthly starting on the 30th day after your account was initially created. If you cancel prior to the processing of your first invoice on the 30th day, you will not be charged.
3. The Service is billed on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
4. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only United States (federal or state) taxes.
